PAYMENT METHODS

Can I pay with my credit or debit card over the telephone?
Movieposters247.com and Movieposters247.co.uk web-based payment system via PayPal is more secure than us taking your details over the telephone so we recommend using the online system.

Don’t have a credit card. Can you pay by cheque or postal order by mail?
Customers resident in the UK can pay by sterling cheque or postal order. Customers outside the UK can pay by sending an international money order available from local banks, western union money offices etc.

ONLINE SECURITY

Is it safe buying goods online at Movieposters247?
Buying online with Movieposters247 is as safe as using your credit card to pay in a restaurant or shop. We take customer security very seriously and do whatever we can to protect the details of them. The PayPal.com web site uses the latest technology to make sure your personal details are encrypted during transmission and as a second line of defence as Paypal.com is a third party, we do not have access to your card details.

STOCK ITEMS

I've just got an email from Movieposters247 saying an item I've ordered is out of stock. Why?
Despite the fact that we have an online stock control system very occasionally the site might allow you to order a product which we have run out of. This usually happens if two people order the same item at the same time when we only have one in stock. We will usually contact you to ask whether you want to order another poster, or wait until further stocks arrives or have a refund.

SHIPPING ORDERS

Do you deliver outside the United Kingdom?
Movieposters247 sells to customers Worldwide no matter where they are based.

How do you pack your Posters and postcards?
Orders which contain non-poster items are shipped in padded envelopes, posters are sent in poster tubes. When postcards and posters are ordered the goods will normally be shipped in two packages.

Have you shipped my order yet?
We aim to ship every order, subject to cheque clearance, within 5 working days.

RETURNING GOODS AND REFUNDS

The goods I ordered arrived damaged, what should I do?
In the unlikely event of your goods arriving damaged please email us as soon as possible we will offer you the option to replace the damaged goods or offer you a refund.

The delivered goods weren't what I ordered, what should I do?
In the unlikely event of your goods arriving incomplete or with wrong items please email us, as soon as possible we will then correct your order.

Why does my credit card statement show a different price than the site did when I ordered?
The site features a US dollar price and a UK Pounds price purely as a guide based on 'true' Base Exchange rates. The exchange rate used by your credit card may well be slightly different than the one we use.

I recently returned some goods and asked for a refund. Why have you not refunded the total I paid?
If you asked for a refund because the goods you ordered were damaged you would have received the cost of the goods back but not the shipping charge. If you paid for your order using a non-UK Pound credit or debit card and the refund was slightly different from the original amount this may well be due to a slight increase or decrease in your credit card's exchange rate between the purchase and the refund.

Movieposters247.com uses several different methods to ship orders, depending on where you live and the goods you are ordering. Below is a guide to the costs we charge for shipping your goods to you. An exact shipping figure is calculated for you prior to reaching the checkout on the site.

UNITED KINGDOM
Posters cost £2.95 for the first item and 30p extra for each additional item. Mini posters and postcards cost £1.25. Posters measuring over 30x40 inches please enquire as prices vary.

Orders are shipped by Royal Mail. Certain expensive items carry their own additional delivery costs, which will be detailed in the shopping cart.

EUROPEAN UNION
Posters cost £4.00 for the first item and 75p extra for each additional item. Mini posters and postcards cost £1.95 and then 25p extra for each additional item. Posters measuring over 30x40 inches please enquire as prices vary.

Orders are shipped by Royal Mail Airmail. Certain expensive items carry their own additional delivery costs, which will be detailed in the shopping cart. Any duties and import tax are the responsibility of the recipient.

REST OF THE WORLD
Posters cost £7.00 for the first item and £1.00 extra for each additional item. Mini posters and postcards cost £4.25 for the first item and then 40p extra for each additional item. Posters measuring over 30x40 inches please enquire as prices vary.

Orders are shipped by Royal Mail Air Mail. Certain expensive items carry their own additional delivery costs, which will be detailed in the shopping cart. Any duties and import tax are the responsibility of the recipient.
